I called Mark when our furnace started making a funny noise. He came over the same day to take a look and make sure it was safe to use. I suppose he could’ve tried to sell me a new one but instead was able to fix it. We have used Mark for various plumbing/heating projects and have found him to be honest and fair when I am sure he could’ve charged me a lot more than he has. Mark and his son are professional and reasonably priced. I have been very happy with their services. We had all the toilets and sinks replaced in our home and I especially liked how clean they leave their work spaces.
